Our games collect nothing about you. Everything below is detail on that one fact.
This policy covers every KOE Games app, including Deepline and ShopHaven Idle.
Our games do not collect any data about you. They have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software. We have no servers that receive anything from the games, so there is nothing about you for us to see, keep, sell or share.
If you delete an app, everything it stored on your device goes with it.
ShopHaven Idle keeps a copy of your save in your own iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so your progress follows you to your other devices. That copy belongs to your Apple Account and is handled by Apple; we cannot see or access it. You can turn iCloud off for the game in the iOS Settings app.
If you are signed in to Game Center, ShopHaven Idle reports the achievements you earn to it. Game Center is Apple's service: your Game Center profile and achievements are handled by Apple under its own policy, and we do not receive your name, Apple Account or any other details from it. You can sign out of Game Center in the iOS Settings app.
Each game offers one optional purchase that unlocks the full game. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your name or your Apple Account; Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists, so it knows what to unlock. Apple gives us anonymised sales totals that contain no information about individual people. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The games can remind you about things in the game, for example that a crate is full or a daily gift is ready. These are local notifications, scheduled on your device by your device: nothing is sent through a server. They are optional, and you can turn them off in the game's settings or in the iOS Settings app.
Our games collect no personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could be disclosed, sold or shared, and no account for a child to create.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you, and to know whether it is sold. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete, and nothing has ever been sold or shared. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to the address below and we will say so.
If a game ever changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
