The old crafters' hall on the square, stained glass and polished oak. They vouch for their members, and the whole town listens.
One of the 3 guild houses that come calling at level 6 in any skill. You join one. You can change house once, for 100,000 gold, starting again at the first rank and guild level 1. See Guilds.

A new title every ten guild levels:
