Opening Strike

Your first hit on every monster is a guaranteed crit.

Each pick offers three perks from the skill's pool, drawn by rarity: a uncommon perk has weight 6 (common 10, uncommon 6, rare 3, epic 1.5, legendary 0.5, mythic 0.2). You can take it up to 1 time; each pick stacks. See Perks.
