Polished shelves and good lighting: customers will pay 8% more per level.
Bought with gold in the Bank's Upgrades tab, under Shop (more shelves, more customers, bigger spenders). A red dot shows when you can afford one.
Grand levels open once your shop reaches reputation 25. Past the last Grand level it keeps going forever at half the bonus, each level costing 1.6× the one before.
